Liquid Armor is the lightest most cost effective pipeline armoring system in the market today using Hard Shell’s patented formula that will provide the Light Weight Armoring and anti-corrosion protection of pipelines, which will provide Blast resistance to the B6 or Anti Personnel Mine Level and Level 4 Ballistic resistance for 7.62 x 39mm Ball Ammunition.  Once sprayed, vandals will not be able to drill or use sharp instruments to penetrate the pipeline and if that were to occur the self healing properties for around what ever penetrated and seal around the object or puncture.

Oil and gas transmission and distribution pipelines are a critical part of worldwide infrastructures. Hundreds of thousands of kilometers of new crude oil and natural gas pipelines are either being built, planned or being studied globally. Protecting such valuable assets against Sabotage, vandalism, corrosion and other damage presents a technical challenge. 

 Liquid Armour^® coatings provide UV protection, anti-corrosion protection and anti-abrasion protection to pipe lines and piling structures with excellent resistance when immersed in salt water and chemicals.
